- Experience in customer service
- Responsible event set up and clean-up
- General maintenance of arenas, including but not limited to;
- Check-in’s and payments
- Customer waiver management
- Drink orders and serving
- Sweeping arena
- Mopping arena
- Changing/painting target boards when needed
- Alerting managers to any potential issues within the arena
- Responsible organizing and engaging party guests through interactive games and tournaments
- Making sure all guests are throwing in a safe manner and adhering to all safety rules
- Run group tournament events and walk-in events safely, efficiently, and in a fun demeanor
- General maintenance of the facility
- Sweeping common areas
- Mopping common areas
- Wiping down tables
- Other cleaning duties as assigned
- Duties as assigned.
